Nia Sanchez Crowned Miss USA 2014

The 63rd Miss USA contest was held at the Baton Rouge River Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana on 8th of June 2014.Nia Sanchez win the title of Miss USA 2014 while Beauty-Queen beat all the beauties of fifty states and the District of Columbia also. The competition was not webcast very first time in five years of history but the very last night of contest was telecast.

Erin Brady crowned the successor of Miss USA 2014, Nia Sanchez, also Miss Nevada. Nia will represent now the USA at home soil in contest of “Miss Universe 2014”, which will be occurred in Miami, USA.Very first time, the final episode of contest telecast had duration of 3 hours, with the added hour as well appearance of the top 20 rather than top 15 in their native states. The top 20 competed in bikinis, then eliminated by the jury to a top 10. The 24year old, pageant queen is making a history, the first ever winner in the contest’s history since 1952, Nia Sanchez is the earliest winner from Nevada. The winner of 2013, Erin Brady, hailed from Connecticut. The winner of 2012, Olivia Culpo represented Rhode Island, who was also crowned Miss Universe.Nia is not by birth of Nevada; actually, Beauty Queen was born in Sacramento, California and moved to Nevada until she was just 7 years old. Nia Sanchez is found of traveling; Queen is   world traveler and has traveled yet to 13 countries and plans to add two more countries in her list this year.  After completing graduation, Nia worked as a nanny in Europe and after that traveled to European countries as Switzerland, Austria and the Middle East. She also traveled to the Great Wall of China, Thailand and even Mexico for mission trip in 2009.

Nia lived in Las Vegas that is her recent hometown. Miss USA, a Tae Kwon Do master, fourth degree black belt, has trained for 12 years. Beauty Queen is a Disney princess in real life as full-time model for the past seven years; Nia always stands at 5’8 among thousands of applicants.
